This Italian red wine is a blend of 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella and 10% Croatina and Oseleta grapes.
This Valpolicella Superiore has a dry and robust finish with hints of berries and chocolate and will pair well with pasta and meat dishes. I did not like this wine by itself, but it does go very well with food.
