It doesn’t happen very often that you’ll come across a very good wine for a low price.
Loios J. Portugal Ramos 2010 is a very nice economical table wine that will go well with a variety of dishes. The wine is produced in Southern Portugal in the Alentejano region. The name of the wine comes from the “Loios” monks, who once dominated this area.
The grapes for this wine are from the Aragonez, Trincadeira and a few other varieties that are grown on limestone and schist soils. This wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
Very tasty wine that, given its price, is a sure to please a lot of people.
